The primary objective of the program is to equip individuals with the essential skills and knowledge required to thrive in the rapidly evolving fields of Management and Information Technology. It focuses on enhancing human capital development within both the public and private sectors through innovative digital learning solutions. To maintain high standards of accessibility and inclusivity, the program is delivered through flexible methods, including physical, virtual, or blended learning modes.
The program spans a duration of 2 years (24 months) and is structured around a semester-based academic system. The curriculum is comprised of 12 distinct modules covering a wide range of topics, including management theories, office applications, and information systems. A critical component of the program is a compulsory Research Project (RP) lasting 12 months, which students must complete after finishing their module tutorials to be eligible for the Higher Diploma award.
1. Semester 1 – Management Practice, Marketing Management, Introduction to Information Technology, Fundamentals of Programming
2. Semester 2 – Business Economics, Fundamentals of Financial Accounting, Computer Applications for Office Environment, System Analysis and Design
3. Semester 3 – Information Technology for Management, Human Resource Management, Database Design & Development, Computer Networking
4. Semester 4 – Management Information System, Operations Management, Information Systems Security, MIT Research Project
Entry Requirements
G.C.E. O/L Requirements

G.C.E. O/L: 3 C Passes (Language, English & Maths) + 3 S Passes.
G.C.E. A/L Requirements

One of the following: G.C.E. A/L: 3 S Passes (in one sitting) OR G.C.E. A/L: 12 Credits (in one sitting) OR An equivalent qualification (such as Diploma) accepted by the Board.
